2021 Navigator
The Lincoln Navigator is the flagship model for the luxury automaker that has Ford as its parent company.
Since its introduction in 1998, the Navigator has been classed as a full-size luxury SUV.
It has fantastic offroad capability and that is evident in the fact that it uses the Ford F-150 chassis underneath itself.
Unlike most other SUVs this nameplate has stayed true to its rugged heritage and not moved to a unibody design.
This does mean the Navigator is still on the heavy side when compared to other models such as the Nautilus.
To shift this heavy 2021 model it is offered with the 3.5-liter twin-turbocharged V6 that you can find on the latest F-150.
Mated to that is a 10-speed automatic transmission that gives the driver access to low-end torque acceleration as well as high-end fuel-efficient coasting.
For 2021 the current Navigator is offered with a range of new darker colors replacing four of the older lighter ones.
A set of black alloys replaces the shiny metal ones and the chrome detailing that dominated the exterior has been removed.
