The 2022 Maserati Levante is the most recent luxury SUV to enter the market under the company’s badge. It improves on its 2019 predecessor in a number of key areas, further elevating the Levante’s respected status.

The biggest changes for 2022 come via the trim levels. Buyers can now choose from one of three different trim levels. The base model, the GT comes packed with a twin-turbo V6 that produces a respectable 350 horsepower. If you’re looking for something a little more powerful, you can opt for the Modena, which will provide you with 430 horsepower. Finally, if you want the most powerful model, you can opt for the Trofeo. This is powered by a twin-turbo V8, producing nearly 600 horsepower. The Trofeo also receives upgrades to the infotainment system and trim.

The 2022 Maserati Levante starts at $80,000 with the GT and goes all the way up to $154,000 with the Trofeo. So, there’s certainly a spec for everyone. If you’re on a budget, the GT will offer you more than enough for everyday tasks. But the difference in price does truly reflect the difference in performance. The Trofeo is leagues above the other Levante models, not only in terms of power, but also build quality, luxury, and overall style.

The 2022 model is overall an excellent luxury SUV, and one of the best at its price range. The interior is extremely stylish, and whilst it’s not the most practical SUV on the market, it’s packed with some great features. These include an 8.4-inch touchscreen infotainment system as standard. Accompanied by an instrument cluster and a 17-speaker system, the Levante is one of the most well-equipped SUVs on the market. It’s overall an excellent choice for anyone who favors style over the boot space.
