2023 Range Rover Sport

You don’t just wander around and then settle on a Range Rover when perusing options for your next vehicle.

Range Rover buyers are typically a small set of the public who know precisely what they are looking for—a brand with the highest levels of prestige and unhindered luxuriousness to match—and know that only a few nameplates can satisfy that urge.

The Range Rover line from Land Rover fulfills this promise every time, and the 2023 Range Rover Sport is just the next step in this seamless legacy.

Similar to its larger sibling, the Range Rover, the 2023 Range Rover Sport undergoes a full redesign for the new release, featuring a revamped cabin, all of the latest cutting-edge tech updates, and a refreshed exterior styling.

The Sport continues its role as the slightly less expensive alternative to the Range Rover, offering a similar silhouette albeit with marginally smaller dimensions, comparable levels of all-out luxuriousness and prestige, and—as expensive-looking but—more aggressive external styling.

However, even when you step down from the flagship Range Rover to the Range Rover Sport, the status attached to Range Rover branding does not come cheap.

The new Range Rover Sport currently starts at a price significantly higher than comparable options from other top brands, such as the Volvo XC90, Mercedes-Benz GLE-class, and the BMW X5.

Under its ultra-luxurious chassis, the 2023 Range Rover Sport packs all of the off-road pedigree, superior driving character, and all the raw power that you would ever need.

The three powertrains on offer include a base hybrid 3-liter inline-six that produces 355 horsepower in the P360 SE version and is tuned up to 395 HP in the P400 SE Dynamic, a 434-horsepower plug-in hybrid setup that is available only on the Autobiography trim, and a racy twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V-8 that makes a ridiculous 523 horsepower.

All 2023 Range Rover Sport models have standard all-wheel drive, adjustable air suspensions, and an eight-speed automatic transmission.
