About The Bipper

The Peugeot Bipper Tepee was a small multipurpose vehicle that was sold by Peugeot between 2008 and 2017. It was a variant of the existing Peugeot Bipper, which was a small delivery van sold during the same time period.

During its time on the market, there was only a single generation. It did receive a single facelift the year before its discontinuation.

It is considered the corporate twin to the Citroën Nemo and the third generation of the Fiat Fiorino.

The most significant competition from outside the company comes from the Ford Fiesta Van. This is due to both vehicles being car-based vans.

The Bipper falls in as the smallest version in Peugeot’s Tepee range of MPVs. Its larger siblings were the Partner and Expert, before the respective discontinuations.

It features either a 3-door panel van or a 5-door passenger van layout with front-wheel drive.

Trim options consist of three levels. These are the base S, followed by the SE, and finally the premium-tier Professional. One of the most notable differences between the base S and the higher models is the lack of a side door, a common feature of the MPV class.

Peugeot only released a single engine option – a 1.3-liter PSA DV4 HDi inline-4 diesel. This was made with a 5-speed manual transmission. Peugeot did not release a petrol engine or an automatic transmission option during its single generation.

The Peugeot Bipper Tepee was later replaced by its successor, the Peugeot Rifter which in turn was a rebadged version of the third-generation Citroën Berlingo.
