2019 model year Dodge Journeys are among some of the last produced, the line ran from 2008 through to 2020.
It was a mid-size crossover SUV that was one of two SUVs offered by the American automaker, the other being the larger Durango.
In some markets, the SUV was marketed as the Fiat Freemont as Dodge tried to brand itself as a performance brand in recent years.
It was built on the same platform as the Chrysler 200 and Sebring models, both being road-going cars that demonstrate how the Durango was not designed to go off-road.
Safety in the model was important in order to penetrate the family car-buying market, the car achieved 5 out of 5 stars with EuroNCAP and 4 out of 5 stars with NHTSA.
Inside the car was a touchscreen infotainment system with a 4 or 8-inch screen depending on the level of trim.
