2021 Corsair
For the 2021 model year, the Lincoln Corsair gained a new drivetrain - with a plug-in hybrid gasoline 2.5-liter engine.
That new drivetrain is fitted with a CVT for a virtually gear-less experience and smooth acceleration.
Lincoln has branded this version of the car as the Corsair Grand Tourer.
It only went on sale in 2019 and instantly attracted around 25,000 sales that year followed by another 25,000 in the following year.
By 2021 the Corsair had become the best-selling model for the luxury sub-brand of the Ford Motor Company.
Lincoln intended on it to replace the MKC as the company's new compact luxury crossover SUV.
Underneath the car is the Ford C2 platform that you can also find under the Escape and the revived Bronco Sport.
A new trim for 2021 allows buyers of the car to 20-inch black alloy wheels called "Monochromatic".
Another new trim called "Sport Appearance" adds shiny 20-inch alloy wheels and new front & rear bumpers as well as a refined grille.
2021 also bring a new towing package to the Lincoln Corsair and two new paint color schemes for the body.
