2022 Hyundai Palisade Owner’s Manual

The 2022 Hyundai Palisade is the latest version of Hyundai’s upscale SUV model still currently in its first generation of design.

It continues to offer 3 rows of seating, a 3.8L V6 standard gasoline engine, and advanced safety features much like its sister line the Kia Telluride.

Hyundai has also added a new premium trim level to the top end of the Palisade lineup: the Calligraphy, with a starting price of $46,690.

The 3.8L V6 engine is standard across all trims, including the Calligraphy, offering up to 291-hp and a combined fuel consumption of 22-mpg.

The Calligraphy trim includes new design details for the front and rear fascia, exclusive and unique 20-inch alloy wheel design, enhanced lighting, quilted leather on the seating and door surfaces and more.

Inside it features seating for up to 7 passengers as standard, with captain’s chairs making up the second row, and a 3-seat bench making up the third row.

A second row can be augmented to a bench seat to create seating for up to 8 people.

The front and second-row feature heated seating, and Hyundai include a class-exclusive Ultrasonic Rear Occupant Alert (ROA) to alert drivers when a passenger or pet is still on the back seat when they are exiting the vehicle.

Safety and assistance features include blind-spot monitoring, a driver heads-up display (HUD), surround-view monitor, Highway Driving Assist, forward collision warning and mitigation, pedestrian detection and more.

Hyundai has been generous with tech in the 2022 Palisade, offering Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as standard, wireless device charging, a 10.25” infotainment screen, dual sunroof, a 12.3” fully digital instrument cluster, and heated leather steering wheel.

The starting MSRP for the 2022 Hyundai Palisade is $33,150 for the base-level SE trim.

All four trim levels: SE, SEL, Limited, and Calligraphy, come in either standard FWD or available HTRAC AWD for added traction and capability.
