While it is already beset with excessively high demand and production line issues, the 2024 Hyundai i30 retains all of its selling points, bringing them in a refreshed exterior and improved suite of features that is guaranteed to be a hit in all of its form factors.

The new i30 is available in different body styles, such as hatchback, estate, fastback, and sedan. The first powertrain option features a 2-liter naturally aspirated four-cylinder engine that produces 147.5 horsepower and 180 pound-feet of torque paired with a continuously variable transmission.

Alternative powertrain options include a 201-HP 1.6-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine that pairs with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and a gasoline-electric hybrid engine that produces a combined 139 horsepower off the back of a 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine, an electric motor, a battery pack, and a six-speed dual-clutch transmission.
