2019 CX-30
Introduced for the first time in the 2019 model year, the Mazda CX-30 is intended to sit between the CX-3 and CX-5 in terms of size.
This model is classed as a subcompact crossover SUV like the CX-3, based on the Mazda3 platform.
It is not intended to be taken off-road as it lacks the equipment for that use, instead, it boasts a lightweight construction and lower running costs.
EuroNCAP and ANCAP both awarded the CX-30 a full 5 out of 5 stars when crash tested, with the car falling back slightly on driver-assist only.
Motoring publications have rated the car well, describing it "should be at the top of your shopping list if you are shopping for a small SUV".
In the center of the dashboard is a large touchscreen infotainment system that can be tricky to understand at first.
