2019 Traverse
Introduced for the 2008 model year, the Chevrolet Traverse is a 7 or 8 seat mid-size crossover SUV.
It shares the same platform as the Buick Enclave, Cadillac XT6 and the GMC Acadia with only minor aesthetic differences on the exterior.
These cars have big bodies like traditional SUVs but lack the heavy off-road equipment that sent the running costs of these sorts of cars through the roof.
This 2019 Traverse is an example of the second year of the second-generation that brought many comfort and safety features to the car.
Most notably inside is the inclusion of Apple and Android connectivity as well as power-folding 60/40 rear seating.
A 9-speed automatic transmission transfers the power from the 3.6 or 2-liter engine to the front or all four wheels depending upon trim level.
