2022 Model X
The 2022 Tesla Model X is classed as a mid-size crossover SUV.
It has a body like a traditional SUV but with the chassis of a road-going car, not designed to be taken off the road.
This leads to a cab with plenty of space for cargo/occupants and a high-driving position for increased road safety.
In 2022 it is still the largest all-electric SUV on the market although that is set to change as more automakers push out electric vehicles.
This Model X is built on the Model S platform with a few extra features including the unique falcon-wing doors.
In 2022 you can only buy this car as the Long Range version and so can achieve a range of 360 miles.
Inside the car, you will also find a new steering wheel for 2022, controversially shaped as a square rather than a circle.
On the dashboard to the side of the steering wheel is also a much larger infotainment system for the 2022 Model X, described as distracting by some motoring publications.
