2020 Maxima
For the first 6 years that the Nissan Maxima was being built, it was classed as a compact car (around the same size as the modern Corolla) before being increased in size considerably in 1987.
This size increase led the Maxima to be reclassed as a full-size car, which it has stayed as even to this today.
With this additional space inside the car, the manufacturer was able to get many more features inside of it such as a 6-speaker BOSE sound system and electronic Super Sonic suspension.
Now the 2020 model of Maxima is in its eighth-generation of design and is built on the same platform used underneath the Murano and Altima.
You will only find one configuration of engine and transmission in a 2020 Nissan Maxima: a 3.5-liter V6 mated to a CVT.
Nissan has called this the "four-door sports car" as it can do 0-60mph in 5.9 seconds and strikes a stylish appearance.
